Implementation Plan Customer Loyalty

Question: Discuss about theImplementation Plan for Customer Loyalty. Answer: Introduction: Nowadays, business has become more technical and statistical rather than conceptual or hypothetical. In this era of business, different companies are running their businesses in their own way and strategies. Though they also follow some orthodox and conventional guidelines of business, but they are also introducing some new, modified and obviously more reliable strategies for the betterment of their organization. The following research is based on the various aspects of an established organization and how they deal with their issues as well as customers and how they improve their strategies and marketing. Overview of the Company KFC or Kentucky Fried Chicken is a fast food organization and are regarded as the second largest food chain in the world. The company is globalized and multinational. It has nearly 20,000 stores in approximately 123 countries. The founder of the company was Harland sanders. Being a multinational company the management of the company has to be very efficient and dedicated towards their work which they obviously are (Balakrishnan, 2015). The marketing strategy of the company is also very impressive. This has helped them to look after the various aspects equally and properly. KFC is a subsidiary of the company Yum! Which is also one of the largest food chains in the world? In the year 2013, KFC had a great business. Evaluation of the Company From the above passage, it is quite clear that the chosen company is quite impressive with their business and profits, but the following research depends on the internal systems and implementations of the company. There are some basic points that deal with the business of the company, such as, the key elements of the company or the key business operations, the requirements of the clients, strategies that the company is looking to take for future (Griffiths and Steinbrecher, 2010). In there is an internal meeting of the companies the possible suggestions that the system developer will give are discussed below. Key Business Operations Key business operations are certain factors that the company should look after with special attention in order to improve the whole organization. The factors are a supply of the product, the efficiency of the employees, the quality of the products and many others. Yum being one of the most successful companies in the world it is quite obvious that they have no issue with their supply system or chain. When its come to the efficiency of the employees, they are very much dedicated towards their work and always maintain nice and polite communication with the customers (Yantzi and Haji, 2008). The company itself is famous for its quality of food. People are fond of the quality of the food. That means it is evident that the chosen company is quite satisfactory with their key business operations. Other than these aspects there is another aspect that should be concerned by the management of the company, which are the key vendors or the key suppliers of the company. Client Requirements Already being one of the most loved and famous companies they have set an expectation among the customers. Thus they have to maintain or fulfill the requirements of the customers, which they are doing quite comfortably. The process of the marketing as well as running their business is so technical and systematic that it is easy for them to maintain their taken strategies (Hochschulen KFC-Vollversammlung mit vollem Programm, 2010). In other words, the company is too much organized with their quality as well as customer feedback. Strategies to take The company has spent a lot of time and investments on the planning f the strategies that they are going to take in the future. Thus they have a very organized planning for the future which is not needed to be changed. The main aim or objectives of the CEO of the company is to improve the quality of the foods and increase the fame among the people (Howieson, 2011). Perceived Benefits to the Business As the meeting has stated that the company is quite successful and impressive with their running strategies, according to the system developer of the company they dont need to perform any kind of change management as all the taken strategies are turning out to be beneficial for the organization as a whole (Hu, 2015). Similarly, if the communication between the employees and the customers are not good, they will get dissatisfied, this would be again very harmful for the organization. The main aim of any company is to attract as many people as possible. For that, they have to maintain the mentioned points (Implementation plan, 2006). So this is the main benefits of KFC. Implementation Plans for the Organization In accordance with the conducted meeting ad from the above findings, the system developer has to create implementation strategies which will include the objective or aim of the company, recommended the administrative system, implementation strategies, internal consultation and communication and many more topics (Liu, 2008). In one word the system, the developer is going to make an implementation plan on which each and every aspect of the company is dependent. The main objective or the aim of the company will be, as mentioned earlier, to reach to more customers with better quality food, to launch more outlets around the world, to own some of the renowned franchises. As the administrative system deals with some legal legislations thus according to the system developer, they have to maintain a nice communication with the national government. These are the main planning that the company will follow in order to develop the company. Other than these points there are also some other points that the company has to be concerned of (Murdoyo Rahadiarto, 2012). According to the system developers, these are the main points that any company, here KFC is planning to follow in order to make the whole organization more reliable, improved and developed (Shen and Xiao, 2014). Vendors of KFC There are many vendors who take franchise from KFC. Some of the vendors are given follow Cardia Bioplastics- It is a official vendor of KFC. Aruba Networks- This vendor provides free wifi at KFC. Accoya- This is an official partner of KFC which launches a mobile ordering payment. Cardia- KFC use this vendor to use compostable bags in the comprehensive store for trials. Prime- This vendor takes the safety and health performance of KFC foods. Expected Cost of the KFC Another thing is there which needs to b revised by the company that is the expected cost of the company. The expected maximum amount of money that the company can borrow from Yum! Is $5,000,000. On the other hand the minimum amount of money that the company would get as a loan is $200,000. Resources Needs for Implementation The resources needed for the implementations are another important point for the mentioned company. The management of KFC is very careful and selective with the resources that they are planning to implement in order to improve the business of the company Staff Training Needs and Requirements As any organization depends on the relationship between the workers and the customers, the management must be aware of the communication and the behavioral aspect. For that the leader of the company has to provide an experienced trainer to train the fresher. Other than these they also need to train the workers to be more involved with their technical skills. Legislative Requirements Being a multinational company the management must be concerned about the legislative matters. They have to keep a pleasant and polite communication with the local government so that they would not have to face any kind of legal problems. Recommendation As mentioned earlier, the only recommendation for the chosen company is their communication and efficiency of the employees (Veto Datta and Dr.S.Vasantha, 2011). Though even these two factors are impressive, but still, they have to work on it and introduce some latest and modified strategies to attract more customers. The main aim of any organization is to attract as many customers as possible, same goes for KFC too. Pricing strategy can be one of the aspects that can help the company to attract more people. The company must perform a product analysis as well as potential rival organization analysis, and then have to determine the price of the product (Vine, 2016). Conclusion From the above findings and the discussions it must be admitted that the chosen company, KFC is undoubtedly one of the best companies in the world. Not only based on their business and profit but also the systematic procedure and implemented strategies which are so planned and organized that the company can set an example for any new company. The outcomes from the conducted meeting during the analysis has helped to understand the view of the system developer and what are his plans to solve the minor issues that the company is facing and the strategies that they are looking to take in the future. In other words, the internal analysis of KFC can also help to understand the conventionality of marketing and management. The leadership, human resource, production procedure, customer feedback, each and every field is properly maintained by the management and the higher authority of the company.
